1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or renting/purchasing from Ebike La Paz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Provided
Ebike La Paz offers:
- E-bike rentals by the hour, day, or custom duration
- E-bike sales (new and/or used models)
- Educational resources and local biking information
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice.
3. Rental Terms
- Eligibility: Renters must be 18 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID.
- Rental Agreement: All participants must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to departure.
- Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
- Usage Restrictions: Riders must obey all local traffic laws. E-bikes must not be used for off-road racing, illegal activities, or in hazardous conditions.
- Safety: Helmets are strongly recommended and may be provided. Use is at your own risk.
- Return Policy: Late returns may be subject to additional fees. Bikes must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Damage/Loss: Renters are financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the bike during the rental period.
4. Sales Terms
- Purchasing: Full payment is required before the delivery or pickup of any bike.
- Availability: Product availability may vary. We do our best to keep information up to date but do not guarantee stock.
- Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Custom orders and used bikes are not eligible for return.
- Warranty: Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Ebike La Paz does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By renting or riding an e-bike from Ebike La Paz, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved with cycling, including potential injury or death. You agree to ride responsibly and release Ebike La Paz, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from your use of our bikes or services.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activities that could damage or interfere with our operations. We reserve the right to suspend access or remove users who violate our terms.
Prohibition on AI Use and Content Repurposing
All content on EbikeLaPaz.com—including but not limited to text, images, blog posts, product descriptions, and policy documents—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ebike La Paz. No portion of this content may be used, reproduced, distributed, or adapted for any purpose involving artificial intelligence or machine learning, including dataset training or model development, without the express, written permission of the owner. Additionally, no individual or organization may base articles, publications, or derivative works on the content found on this website without prior authorization.
